Wyatt Easterling     

Long-time music industry professional Wyatt Easterling has not only seen success as a songwriter, publisher, record producer, and major label A&R executive, but has enjoyed success as a touring singer/songwriter as well. 

From 1991 to 2001 Easterling was partnered with Miles Copeland (Sting, The Police, IRS Records) in the Nashville Division of Bugle Publishing Group and Firstars Management where he served as Director of Operations. Easterling brought Keith Urban and Paul Thorn to Firstars Management and Bugle Publishing Group and produced sides that landed Keith Urban at Warner Bros. Records Nashville and Paul Thorn at A&M Records, LA. Easterling helped pioneer the very successful songwriter’s retreat, Printempts de Troubadours held in France and hosted by Bugle Publishing Group. Some of the well known songwriters and recording artists who attended the retreat were Olivia Newton John, Cher, Peter Frampton, Stewart Copeland (The Police), Carole King, Chris Difford and Glenn Tilbrook (Squeeze), Ted Nugent, Jon Bon Jovi, Jars of Clay, Mark Hudson, Paul Young, and numerous others. 

Before his stint with Bugle Publishing Group and Firstar’s Management, Wyatt was the Chief of A&R at Atlantic Records. He found and signed John Michael Montgomery, Tracy Lawrence, Neal McCoy and Michale Johnson while at Atlantic Records. Wyatt also produced the multi-platinum debut album, Life’s A Dance  for John Michael Montgomery.

Easterling has had songs recorded by Dierks Bentley, Joe Diffie, Neal McCoy, and Billy Joe Royal - just to name a few. He continues to write songs and produce fellow artists and is currently promoting his new release Where This River Goes on High Horse Records.
